The campus is strategically located in the heart of the Kuala Lumpur next to the Tun Sambanthan monorail station and within a five minute’s walk from KL Sentral, the modern transportation hub of the city.
MCKL provide a safe environment for a purposeful learning experience. Our lecturers are well qualified and are highly regarded by students and alumni for their commitment and willingness to go beyond their normal call of duty. The close-knit community in MCKL promote a thriving network of MCKL students, staff and alumni from diverse backgrounds.
The world is changing so rapidly with more and more industries undergoing major transformation – from digitisation of manufacturing to machine learning, use of artificial intelligence to development of smart cities. Industrial Revolution 4.0 is upon us and has impacted societies, the workplace and future jobs and careers.
MCKL fully embrace the challenges and opportunities of educating and preparing students for further education, professional development and job careers in the new IR 4.0 environment. Future jobs will require the use of technology, cloud-based application systems and the ability to digitally collaborate and network with teams within and outside an organisation. At MCKL, we endeavour to embed these skills in the academic programmes and learning experience of the students. This is in line with our wider vision of “MCKL 4.0: Excellence for Life”.
The campus provides a conducive environment for learning as well as for individuals to explore their potential and to hone their skills; through involvement in various extra-curricular activities and taking community service learning and character formation modules. The aim is to nurture high-achieving individuals of calibre who will become passionate and compassionate leaders and nation-builders of our country and our world.
MCKL uphold the core values of honouring God, respecting self, others and property; cherishing relationships, nature and our nation; celebrating excellence, diversity and volunteerism. These are the 10 core values which are the foundation of our very existence and purpose as The College of Excellence for Life!
