The Ontario School curriculum is ranked among the world’s best in school education. According to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) the Ontario (Canada) education system has consistently ranked among the top 5 performing countries in the world. The Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) awarded by the Ontario Ministry of Education, Canada, is recognised internationally for admission into university and professional studies.

The International Baccalaureate (IB) programme offers a unique academic rigour and emphasises students’ personal development. The programme aims to do more than curricula by developing inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who are motivated to succeed. The programme encourages both personal and academic achievement, challenging students to excel in their studies and in their personal development.

Certified Canadian Educators
SIS educators are qualified teachers with degrees from recognised universities. The vast majority of our teachers are trained in Canada and receive annual certification by the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT). SIS teachers bring a wide variety of teaching and learning strategies into and beyond the classroom to ensure the greatest learning opportunities for our students.
