SSiC specialises in Culinary Arts and Pastry courses SKM Levels 2 & 3 awarded by JPK and City & Guilds Diploma. We also offer short culinary courses, culinary-based corporate team building packages and the likes.
The college is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, i.e. 6 fully-equipped commercial and pastry kitchens (Escoffier, Carême, Cannoli, Panettone, Mezzes & Guacamole) and a training restaurant named 65⁰C. These artfully-designed training facilities provide a conducive learning environment complemented by classrooms, prayer rooms (surau), student lockers, changing/shower rooms, student lounge, and a resource centre equipped with free wi-fi, amongst others. Our facilities also include a spectacularly modern show kitchen – Chef Zam@Work, dedicated mainly to conducting short culinary workshops on weekends, R&Ds, magazine photoshoots and filming of TV programmes & commercials.
