Premium Language Centre (PLC) is wholly owned and managed by Premium Entrepreneur Consultant Sdn. Bhd., and it was established in 2014 in Kuala Lumpur. It has received 4 Stars for Standard Quality for Private Education Institution (SKIPS) by the Malaysian Ministry of Education since 2015.

Its mission is to be a premium language centre of choice in Malaysia that is recognized globally. It’s mission is to provide students with a holistic learning experience that fosters both language and communication skills development as well as introduce Malaysian cultures to international students.

PLC is recognized as a CEFR compliant test preparation and testing centre for IELTS, MUET, Cambridge English Qualification & Test, as well as PLC@EduSynch CEFR Level Test. It is recognized by IDP Malaysia, University of Cambridge, Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia, and EduSynch.

PLC is an English language provider for Universiti Sains Malaysia Accelerated Program for Excellence (USM APEX), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK) and Putra Business School (PBS), UPM.
